You will set and drive the sales strategy across the country for a business that moves the world's goods. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.
Role Overview
As a National Sales Manager, you will own the national sales number, set the regional strategy, and lead the teams that deliver it across markets.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy and Targets
Own the national revenue target and the plan to hit it
Set regional priorities, coverage, and account strategy
Forecast and report national performance to leadership
Leadership and Execution
Lead and coach regional and territory managers
Drive key national and enterprise accounts directly where needed
Standardise pipeline, pricing, and reporting across regions
Ideal Candidate Profile
3 to 7 years in sales with national or multi-region responsibility
A record of delivering revenue across teams and geographies
Strong leadership, forecasting, and stakeholder skills
Hands-on with CRM tools and a reliable remote-work setup
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in logistics, supply chain, or B2B services sales
Familiarity with managing distributed sales teams
Willingness to travel nationally as needed
