What You'll Do (The Bridge):
The "Now": You live and breathe After Effects. You aren't just cutting clips; you're engineering visual hooks. You are the backbone of our creative output and will deliver uncompromising, A-grade work on all current client needs.
You are the bridge to AI. You use tools like Claude, Kling, Higgsfield, and AI workflows as force multipliers. You understand that your precise edits and motion designs are the "clean data" our AI systems need to see. You're building consistency and authority, not just chasing one-off viral "hits."
Total Ownership: Take a one-line strategic brief and mutate it into a world-class visual campaign. You own the visual craft from raw concept to final render.
Bring the Chaos: Bring your own wild ideas. We listen to raw talent, not titles.
The Engine: Learn everything. Absorb. Ask the hard questions. Build your portfolio with real work that actually drives our creative engine.
