What You'll Do (The Bridge):
The "Now": You design like you have something to prove. You own the visual identity for campaigns, building striking, pixel-perfect assets across digital and social that set the Kraft standard.
The "Future": You design for systems. You know how to build clean, modular design data that our AI pipelines and content frameworks can feed on to scale your aesthetic.
Total Ownership: Take complex strategic briefs and turn them into scroll-stopping reality. Break the rules with typography, layout, and mixed media, but make it work.
Bring the Chaos: Bring your boldest concepts to the table. We listen to raw talent, not titles.
The Engine: Support the broader creative team. Absorb our strategy, ask the hard questions, and take full ownership of your artboard from sketch to final export.
Who You Are:
Your craft is your absolute obsession. Your portfolio speaks louder than a resume ever could.
You have absolute mastery over the Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and modern UI/layout tools (Figma). (Bonus points if you mess around in 3D like Blender).
You design with intent. Every pixel, color choice, and font weight has a purpose.
