🚀 We’re Hiring | HR Time & Attendance Analyst📍 Location: Remote🌙 Shift: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM IST📅 Joining: Immediate
🔹 Key Responsibilities:• Triage and resolve HR Time & Attendance issues.• Perform root cause analysis and troubleshoot using SQL and databases.• Work with Kronos/UKG and Oracle PeopleSoft systems.• Prioritize payroll-impacting issues and meet SLA targets.• Collaborate with global technology, product, and HR teams.• Drive process improvements and update SOPs.
🔹 Mandatory Skills & Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of HR experience.• MBA qualification required.• Experience analyzing data using SQL and databases.• Knowledge of HR processes and systems such as Kronos/UKG or PeopleSoft.• Experience in process improvement and stakeholder management.• Excellent English communication skills.• Experience working with globally distributed teams.
