About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in application development, database management, system integration, and software quality assurance. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with C#, .NET/.NET Core, Angular, C++/Qt, and VB, along with a solid understanding of database design, source control, testing, and release management.
The role also involves using approved AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity while ensuring code quality, security, and reliability.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, maintain, and enhance applications using C#, .NET/.NET Core, Angular, C++/Qt, and VB.
Develop and optimize database solutions using SQL Server, Entity Framework, and LINQ.
Implement effective data modelling practices, optimize queries, and maintain data integrity.
Manage source code using Git, following appropriate branching strategies and version control practices.
Support build and release management processes using Azure DevOps or equivalent tools.
Develop and maintain unit tests and integration tests to ensure application quality and reliability.
Debug applications, troubleshoot issues, and implement effective solutions.
Develop and maintain integrations using JSON, XML, REST web services, and messaging technologies such as MQSeries or equivalent.
Use Visual Studio, VS Code, and other development tools to support efficient software delivery.
Leverage approved AI-assisted development tools for coding, refactoring, test generation, and documentation, while validating all generated outputs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver maintainable, reliable, and high-quality software solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Full Stack Development
5–8 years of professional development experience.
Strong knowledge of C# and .NET/.NET Core.
Experience with Angular, C++/Qt, and VB.
Database Management
Hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server.
Knowledge of Entity Framework, LINQ, data modelling, and query optimization.
Understanding of data integrity and database performance.
Source Control & DevOps
Experience with Git and branching strategies.
Familiarity with build and release management.
Experience with Azure DevOps or equivalent tools.
Testing & Quality Assurance
Experience with unit testing, integration testing, debugging, and quality assurance.
Familiarity with automated testing practices.
Integration & Development Tools
Experience working with JSON, XML, and REST web services.
Understanding of messaging concepts such as MQSeries or equivalent.
Proficiency with Visual Studio, VS Code, and O365 tools.
AI-Assisted Development
Ability to use approved AI tools to accelerate development, refactoring, test generation, and documentation.
Ability to review and validate AI-generated code and content for correctness and quality.
