Assignment DetailsOur client, a leading content solutions provider is looking to engage with a Consultant.About the Role: A licensed Physician SME (MD or DO) to serve as an independent Clinical Reviewer and Validator for a 5-module digital medical nutrition curriculum. The Physician SME will provide independent peer review, validate the medical accuracy of clinical scenarios and assessments, and ensure high clinical appropriateness for U.S. medical students and resident physicians. Key Responsibilities: ● Conduct independent peer reviews of curriculum frameworks, clinical case scenarios, and assessment items for medical accuracy and clinical validity. ● Perform thorough reviews and sign-offs on the Curriculum Design Document (CDD) prepared by the lead design team. ● Conduct independent clinical reviews of detailed course Storyboards (SB) for digital delivery across platforms (EdHub and Coursera). ● Participate in targeted review calls and coordination meetings with Hurix and Client project leadership to address clinical nuances and editorial feedback. ● Provide constructive, clear annotations and sign-offs, ensuring that all medical content reflects current, evidence-based U.S. medical practice standards.
No. of Courses: 5Estimated Effort: Approximately 15–20 hours per courseLocation- remote (US based only)Skills Required● Education: U.S. Licensed Physician (MD or DO) with active or recent clinical practice experience. ● Preference: Clinical nutrition emphasis or background in academic medical education (e.g., Residency Program Director, Medical School Faculty, or CME Course Reviewer) preferred. ● Experience: 5+ years of clinical practice and experience in medical education or clinical manuscript review. ○ Strong familiarity with UME AAMC/JAMA medical education frameworks and physician training requirements. ○ Strong attention to detail regarding medical terminology, clinical pathways, drug-nutrient interactions, and patient safety protocols.○ US based experts only
