Product Designer

About the Role:We are looking for a Product Designer who combines user empathy, problem-solving, and strong design skills to create intuitive digital experiences. The ideal candidate thinks beyond screens, understands user needs, and translates complex problems into simple, effective solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesUnderstand user problems, business requirements, and product goals before designing solutions.Design end-to-end user experiences, including user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI.Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to inform design decisions.Create intuitive, accessible, and responsive interfaces for web and mobile products.Collaborate with Product Managers, engineers, and stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.Iterate on designs using user feedback, product data, and usability insights.Maintain design consistency through reusable components and design systems.
Requirements:1–4 years of experience in UI/UX or Product Design.Strong portfolio demonstrating UX thinking, problem-solving, and visual design skills.Proficiency in Figma, prototyping, and design systems.Understanding of user research, interaction design, usability, and responsive design.Ability to leverage AI tools effectively to speed up workflows, explore design solutions, and improve efficiency without compromising design quality.Strong analytical thinking, communication, and collaboration skills.Ability to explain design decisions and take ownership from problem discovery to implementation.
