About The Role
We are looking for a Content Consultant who can shape and ship high-quality content across social media and long-form channels. You will work closely with the Brand & Communication team to turn complex ideas into clear, engaging stories for a B2B audience. This is an AI-native workplace, so we expect you to use AI tools thoughtfully to move faster without losing quality, voice, or accuracy.
What You Will Do
Plan and execute social media content strategy, including LinkedIn posts, carousels, event content, and campaign-specific social kitsWrite long-form content such as blogs, thought leadership articles, and POVs that are well researched, structured, and easy to readDraft supporting content such as email copy, press release inputs, and executive-voice postsAdapt a single idea into multiple formats and tailor tone for different audiences and stakeholdersUse AI tools and well-crafted prompts to ideate, draft, and refine content, then edit rigorously to ensure originality, factual accuracy, and brand voiceFact-check claims, statistics, and quotes, and maintain a high standard for source integrityCollaborate with design, product marketing, and leadership teams to deliver content on tight timelinesTrack content performance and use the results to improve what you create nextKeep content consistent with brand guidelines, messaging frameworks, and style guides
What We Are Looking For
Experience
3-4 years of experience in content writing, content marketing, or brand communicationExperience in the SaaS or B2B technology spaceA portfolio that shows both short-form social content and long-form writing
Skills
Strong command of written English with a sharp editorial eye for clarity, tone, and flowSolid understanding of social media content strategy, especially on LinkedInAbility to simplify technical and complex subject matter without losing accuracyWorking knowledge of prompt engineering: writing clear, structured prompts, iterating on outputs, and knowing where AI helps and where human judgment is essentialComfort using AI writing and productivity tools as part of an everyday workflowStrong research, fact-checking, and proofreading habitsAbility to manage multiple projects, take feedback well, and meet deadlines
Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree in English Literature, Mass Communication, Journalism, or a related field
Good to Have
Exposure to healthcare, health tech, or healthcare AI contentFamiliarity with SEO basics and content analyticsExperience writing for senior executives or ghostwriting thought leadershipBasic familiarity with design tools such as Canva or Figma for content briefing
