Role Description The Software Tester role at Mona Trading LLC is a full-time remote position focused on ensuring the quality and reliability of software solutions used across the business. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and executing test cases, performing functional and regression testing, and validating that software meets specified requirements. The Software Tester will document defects, collaborate with developers and business stakeholders to resolve issues, and contribute to test plans and quality assurance processes. The role also involves analyzing test results, suggesting improvements to testing practices, and supporting continuous enhancement of system performance and user experience.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Software Testing and Quality Assurance skills to validate system functionality and performance.
Candidates should possess Test Execution and Test Cases skills to design, run, and maintain effective test scenarios.
Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to identify root causes, interpret test outcomes, and recommend improvements.
Experience with defect tracking tools and test management systems is beneficial.
Knowledge of manual and, ideally, basic automated testing practices is an advantage.
Attention to detail, clear written and verbal communication, and the ability to collaborate effectively in remote teams are required.
A relevant degree or certification in computer science, information technology, or software testing is preferred.
