We are looking for a strong, hands-on developer who loves writing code and building AI agents that actually work in production. You will build agents and automations for teams across the company and help those teams learn to use AI in their daily work.
You will spend most of your time coding: building, testing, debugging and improving real systems, not prototypes.
What you will do
Agentic development
• Write production code to build AI agents and automations: tool calling, orchestration, retries, error handling and structured outputs.
• Integrate agents with business systems, APIs, databases, email and document sources.
• Build RAG pipelines: document parsing, chunking, embeddings and retrieval.
• Write unit, integration and evaluation tests; fix issues when agent accuracy drops.
• Monitor agents in production for errors, latency and cost, and improve them.
• Use AI coding agents in your daily development while owning the quality of every line you ship.
• Take part in code reviews and follow team standards for Git, testing and CI/CD.
• Document each agent: purpose, data used, guardrails and runbook.
Training and enablement
• Deliver hands-on training sessions and demos on AI tools and agents to other teams.
• Help teams turn manual tasks into AI-assisted workflows.
• Create how-to guides, short videos and reusable prompt templates.
• Give first-line support to teams adopting AI tools and bring their feedback back to the team.
What you bring
Must have
• 4+ years of professional software development, with 2+ years hands-on building AI/ML or LLM-based applications.
• Strong coding skills in Python, plus TypeScript, C#, Java or Go. You write clean, tested, maintainable code.
• Solid computer science fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, OOP and debugging.
• Built at least few LLM-powered application or agent used by real users, with LLM APIs (e.g. Claude, OpenAI), tool/function calling and structured outputs.
• Hands-on with RAG: embeddings, vector databases and retrieval.
• Strong experience with REST APIs, JSON, SQL and integrating third-party systems.
• Working experience with a cloud platform (Azure, AWS or GCP): serverless functions, containers and storage.
• Comfortable with Git, pull requests, code review, automated testing and CI/CD.
• Daily use of AI coding agents (e.g. Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot).
• Clear communication; able to explain technical ideas to non-technical users.
Nice to have
• Agent frameworks or protocols (e.g. LangGraph, Claude Agent SDK, MCP).
• Document processing, OCR or data extraction.
• LLM evaluation and testing tools.
• CRM, ERP or workflow automation experience.
• Experience running workshops or creating training material.
• GitHub portfolio or open-source contributions.
