Murex Risk Module

Responsibilities:
Develop, customize, enhance, and support applications built on the Murex platform.
Work on capital markets solutions covering financial products, trading workflows, market data, valuations, and risk-related processes.
Develop and maintain Python scripts, utilities, and applications for automation, data transformation, reconciliation, and reporting.
Integrate Murex with upstream and downstream systems using APIs, interfaces, batch processing, and other integration mechanisms.
Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
Troubleshoot application issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement permanent fixes.
Collaborate with functional consultants, business stakeholders, QA teams, and infrastructure teams during development, testing, and deployment.
Participate in unit testing, system integration testing, UAT support, release management, and production support.
Optimize existing processes and improve application performance, reliability, and operational efficiency.
Prepare technical documentation, support implementation activities, and follow established development standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Murex development, configuration, implementation, or support.
Strong experience in capital markets, with a good understanding of financial products, trading lifecycle, and front-to-back processes.
Minimum 3–4 years of practical experience in Python development.
Strong programming skills in Python, including scripting, debugging, data manipulation.
