Technical/Function Skills Required
AWS infrastructure services, including EC2, Auto Scaling Groups (ASG), ALB/NLB, and VPC
Amazon RDS, storage, backup, and recovery
Managing large-scale production environments with a strong focus on availability and reliability
Hands-on Terraform, including infrastructure provisioning and troubleshooting
Working with multi-team Infrastructure as Code (IaC) environments
Hands-on Kubernetes and Amazon EKS, including workload management and troubleshooting
Owning service reliability, SLOs, and MTTR targets
Driving incident management, governance, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
Collaborating across Platform, Cloud Operations, Application, and Cloud Architecture teams
Supporting and troubleshooting CI/CD pipelines and deployment failures
