GCP Devops Engineer

Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and manage cloud-based solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define cloud architecture and deployment strategies.
Monitor and optimize cloud infrastructure for performance, security, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
Develop automation scripts and tools to streamline cloud operations and deployments.
Provide technical guidance and support to development teams using GCP services.
Stay updated with the latest GCP services, features, and best practices.
Participate in troubleshooting and resolving cloud-related issues in a timely manner.
Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and cloud automation frameworks.
Support cloud migration, modernization, and optimization initiatives.
Ensure cloud environments adhere to enterprise security and compliance standards.
Eligibility:
Strong expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services and architecture.
Hands-on experience designing and managing cloud-native solutions on GCP.
Strong understanding of cloud security best practices and compliance requirements.
Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
Solid knowledge of networking concepts and cloud networking solutions.
Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
Strong scripting and automation skills using Python, Bash, or similar languages.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Familiarity with AWS and Azure cloud platforms is an added advantage.
Knowledge of database management systems and cloud-based data storage solutions.
Experience implementing scalable, highly available, and resilient cloud architectures.
Strong troubleshooting, monitoring, and performance optimization skills.
Experience with cloud cost optimization and operational governance practices.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to collaborate effectively with development, operations, and architecture teams.
Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect or related GCP certifications are highly desirable.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
