V2 Retail Ltd. is looking for an AI Automation Developer to join our Information Technology (IT) team at our Head Office in Gurugram.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Identify repetitive business processes across HO, Stores, Supply Chain, Merchandising, Finance and HR for automation.
• Build end-to-end automations using Python, RPA and workflow automation tools.
• Develop AI-powered solutions using LLM APIs for document processing, chatbots, AI agents, summarisation and data extraction.
• Build RAG pipelines using internal documents, SOPs and business data.
• Develop and refine prompts and evaluate AI outputs for accuracy, cost and reliability.
• Integrate automations with ERP, POS, Email, Excel, Databases and third-party systems using REST APIs.
• Monitor, maintain and continuously improve deployed automations.
• Document workflows and train business users on new AI tools and processes.
• Follow best practices for data privacy, security and responsible AI usage.
REQUIRED SKILLS
Strong Python coding and automation skills
Hands-on experience with LLM APIs & Prompt Engineering
Experience with UiPath / Power Automate / Automation Anywhere / n8n / Make
Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON & Webhooks
Working knowledge of SQL & Databases
Experience building real-world AI/LLM solutions
