Job Description:
We are looking for experienced professionals to join our Trading Operations team in Mumbai. Candidates should have relevant experience in trade processing, trade life cycle management, and financial market operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day trading operations and trade processing activities.
Monitor and validate trade transactions to ensure accuracy.
Perform trade confirmation, settlement, and reconciliation activities.
Investigate and resolve trade discrepancies and exceptions.
Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth trade processing.
Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Maintain accurate trade records and prepare operational reports.
Identify process gaps and support continuous process improvement.
Required Skills:
2–4 years of experience in Trading Operations or related financial services operations.
Knowledge of trade life cycle, trade settlement, and reconciliation.
Understanding of financial markets and trading instruments.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Good attention to detail and the ability to work within deadlines.
