Required Skills & ExperienceExperience: Oracle HCM, with strong hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud Payroll production support experience.Functional Expertise: Strong knowledge of Payroll Elements, Fast Formula, Payroll Balances, Payroll Costing, Retro Payroll, Payroll Flows, and Payroll Processing.Legislative Knowledge: Understanding of country-specific payroll rules, taxation, statutory deductions, and compliance requirements.Integration Skills: Experience with HDL, HSDL, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, and payroll interfaces.Cross-Module Knowledge: Understanding of Oracle Core HR, Absence Management, Benefits, and Time and Labor.Managed Services: Experience managing critical payroll incidents, RCA, service requests, configuration changes, SLA management, and support governance.Leadership: Strong payroll troubleshooting, client management, team leadership, and communication skills.
