YOUR MISSION
Retouch on-model and product imagery according to PUMA guidelines
Ensure consistency in color, lighting, cropping, and image quality
Perform image corrections and enhancements while maintaining a natural and authentic look
Utilize AI-supported retouching tools where appropriate to improve quality and efficiency
Identify opportunities to optimize workflows through AI and emerging technologies
Follow established post-production workflows and standards
Deliver assets within agreed timelines
Collaborate closely with Art Direction, Photography, and QA teams
Maintain awareness of industry trends and innovations in retouching and AI-powered image production
YOUR TALENT
Experience in image retouching for fashion or eCommerce
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and related creative tools
Understanding of AI-powered retouching and image enhancement technologies
Strong eye for detail, color, and consistency
Ability to work efficiently under deadlines
Openness to new technologies and process improvements
