What you’ll work on:
🔹 Flexible & rigid packaging development and optimisation
🔹 Packaging trials, testing and technical validation
🔹 Troubleshooting and root-cause analysis
🔹 Sustainable packaging conversions & value engineering
🔹 New materials, structures and packaging innovations
🔹 Cross-functional collaboration from development through commercialisation
What we’re looking for:
🎓 Post Graduate in Packaging Technology (IIP/CPET) / Material Science
💼 5–7 years of relevant experience
🏭 Experience in FMCG, Food or Packaging Converters, preferably within a manufacturing environment
📍 Location: Gurgaon
