About the RoleA leading UAE-based manpower solutions company is hiring a Field Recruitment Executive to lead large-scale hiring drives across India. You will travel to major recruitment hubs to assess, interview, and select skilled and unskilled blue-collar workers for deployment to the UAE.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead Mass Hiring Campaigns: Plan and execute on-ground walk-in drives and trade interviews across major Indian cities.Screen & Select: Interview candidates for skilled (MEP, civil trades, drivers, technicians) and unskilled (helpers, cleaners, warehouse staff) roles.Supervise Trade Testing: Coordinate practical skill assessments at technical training centers to ensure UAE client standards.Document Verification: Inspect basic eligibility, passports (ECR/ECNR), work history, and medical readiness.Reporting: Maintain daily interview logs, selection ratios, and hand over files to the UAE visa processing team.
RequirementsExperience: 2+ years in high-volume, blue-collar field recruitment (prior GCC/UAE manpower agency experience preferred).Travel: Willingness to travel 60–75% across India on short notice.Trade Knowledge: Familiarity with standard blue-collar trades and practical test evaluations.Languages: Fluent in Hindi and English; regional Indian languages are a plus.
