Account Executive, Americas

ABOUT THE ROLE
Join a growing AI software team as its first Account Executive in the Americas. You will build the US sales motion, balancing fast inside-sales deals with strategic enterprise opportunities and working closely with company leadership.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Set up new inside-sales customers, help them grow during their first 28 days, and coordinate their handoff to an AI Performance Consultant.
- Manage enterprise accounts from qualification and discovery through solution design, closing, account growth, and annual renewals.
- Build pipeline using usage and billing data, named target accounts, and leads routed to you.
- Run high-volume sales cycles as well as multi-stakeholder enterprise deals involving security reviews and procurement.
- Develop the US sales playbook using performance data, customer feedback, messaging results, and recurring objections.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- At least 4 years of experience closing B2B software deals at a product-led, usage-priced, or AI-focused company, across SMB or mid-market and larger accounts.
- Demonstrated success expanding an initial purchase or self-serve customer into a larger account.
- Experience building and managing your own pipeline and staying engaged with accounts after the sale.
- Ability to manage both fast inside-sales cycles and complex enterprise sales.
- Experience selling AI, automation, or agent products; familiarity with consumption or credit-based pricing is valuable.
- Comfort using data, usage dashboards, and billing history; SQL is a plus.
- Fluent English required; Spanish is a plus.
LOCATION
On-site in New York, New York. Candidates must be based in New York or willing to relocate.
