What You’ll Do
Handle residential electrical service calls throughout the Houston area
Diagnose and repair electrical issues involving panels, wiring, outlets, breakers, circuits, and lighting
Install electrical components and complete residential electrical upgrades
Troubleshoot electrical problems and determine safe, code-compliant solutions
Follow NEC requirements, local electrical codes, and established safety procedures
Explain electrical findings and service options clearly and professionally to homeowners
Document service calls, completed work, and invoices using company-provided technology
Keep your company vehicle, tools, and work areas clean and organized
Coordinate with team members when additional electrical or lighting services are needed
Deliver professional customer service and quality workmanship on every job
Evaluate residential electrical issues, recommend appropriate solutions, and prepare or explain service estimates to homeowners.
Use company-provided tablets and field service software to document service calls, update customer records, and manage work orders.
