Join the team in Auburn, Washington, as a Customer Service Representative supporting HVAC customers, technicians, and daily field operations.
Coordinate technician dispatching and organize service schedules to keep appointments moving efficiently.
Schedule HVAC repair appointments and membership maintenance visits.
Locate and track OEM parts required for active HVAC service jobs.
Arrange job site deliveries with designated runners.
Keep the Membership Database accurate and organized.
Enter project details and service updates accurately.
Communicate clearly with customers and team members from initial scheduling through service completion.
