About the role
The Regional Sales Head is the senior commercial leader for the assigned country or region and is responsible for delivering sustainable, profitable growth for MTCS. The territory typically represents approximately USD 20–30 million in annual base-business opportunity, with additional upside from major revamps, turnarounds, modernization programs and capital projects. The role coordinates customer-facing resources through a matrix model while Operations personnel continue to report to the Head of Operations and Service personnel continue to report to Service Operations.
Essential Functions
Develop and execute the commercial and business development strategy for the assigned country or region, aligned with the MTCS Americas strategy.
Deliver annual order intake, revenue growth, gross margin, market-share and customer-development objectives.
Lead, coach and develop 3–5 sales professionals, establishing clear accountability, succession plans and a high-performance culture.
Own territory forecasting, pipeline health, opportunity qualification, CRM discipline and sales management cadence.

Coordinate dotted-line customer-facing resources, including Service Project Managers, Service Superintendents, Product Project Managers, APT and other local resources, around customer priorities and pursuit plans.
Partner with the Head of Operations and Service Operations leadership to align capacity, execution readiness, customer commitments and resource deployment without assuming direct operational reporting responsibility.

Monitor competitor activity, market investments, turnaround schedules and customer capital plans to influence opportunities early in the lifecycle.
