Support Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Support Specialist to deliver outstanding technical assistance and customer experiences for a modern, AI-powered customer service platform. In this role, you will support customers through email, live chat, and video calls, helping them troubleshoot technical issues and get the most value from the product. You will combine strong problem-solving skills with clear communication, empathy, and a proactive approach to customer success. Beyond resolving individual queries, you will identify recurring challenges, improve support processes, and contribute to knowledge resources that help customers and colleagues work more effectively. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues, strengthen customer relationships, and support retention. This fully remote opportunity is suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced SaaS environment and takes pride in delivering accurate, timely, and reliable service. As part of a 24/7 support team primarily serving US time zones, you must be comfortable working flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
