The Experience
テクニカルアーキテクト（TA）は、プロフェッショナルサービス本部のファンクショナル・アーキテクト本部に所属するシニアレベルのポジションです。このポジションでは、Tableauをメインとしたデータ・アナリティクスソリューションを担当します。Tableauのミッションを理解し、Tableau Blueprint戦略に基づき、Tableau製品の専門知識、コンサルティング経験、データ分析知識、等を駆使し、お客様組織内のデータドリブンな文化の醸成を支援します。テクニカルアーキテクトとして、データ分析のプラットフォーム環境の構築、環境移行プロセスの設計、ユーザーセキュリティーガバナンスやデータガバナンスの設計を行い信頼されたデータ・ソースへのアクセスを実現します。データパイプラインにおける、データエンジニアリング、データ整備の分野を中心にお客様のデータ利活用、データドリブン文化の情勢の実現に貢献します。
What You'll Actually Be Doing
Tableau製品のエキスパートになる - サーバ製品とクライアントソリューションへの統合について深く理解し、デスクトップ/フロントエンド製品については一般的な理解が必要です。
サーバ製品、クラウド製品の導入を支援しデータ分析のプラットフォーム環境の構築を実施する。
オンプレミスからクラウドへの環境移行の支援を実施する。
Tableauの専門家としてアドバイザリーサービスを提供するためにお客様先でのオンサイト対応を実施する。
データ分析を始める上での、ダッシュボードの開発支援、設計構築、パフォーマンスチューニング、データ準備技術支援を行う。
プラットフォーム環境構築や移行プロセス構築のための計画書、設計書、パラメータシート、テスト仕様書を作成する。
サービスデリバリー文書テンプレート（カスタムスクリプトやコーディングを含む）のライブラリの作成と管理
プリセールス活動に対して、営業担当者を支援し、お客様要件に対するフィージビリティチェックやSOW作成のための技術的なガイダンスを実施する。
Tableau Blueprintを理解しお客様環境をアセスメントして、データドリブンカルチャーを醸造するためのアクティビティと評価軸を定義するワークショップを実施する。
戦略的アカウントにおけるお客様関係の維持
他のコンサルタントのメンターやコーチとしての役割
電話、電子メール、対面、Webミーティングを通じたお客様とのコミュニケーションを実施する。

The Experience
The Technical Architect (TA) is a senior-level position within the Functional Architect division of Professional Services. In this role, you will be responsible for data and analytics solutions centered on Tableau. Understanding Tableau's mission and drawing on the Tableau Blueprint strategy, you will apply your Tableau product expertise, consulting experience, and data analytics knowledge to help customers build a data-driven culture within their organizations. As a Technical Architect, you will build data analytics platform environments, design environment migration processes, and design user security governance and data governance to enable access to trusted data sources. Focusing on data engineering and data preparation in the data pipeline, you will contribute to customers' use of data and the realization of a data-driven culture.
What You'll Actually Be Doing
Become a Tableau product expert: develop a deep understanding of the server products and their integration with client solutions, and a general understanding of the desktop/front-end products.
Support the deployment of server and cloud products and build the data analytics platform environment.
Support environment migration from on-premises to the cloud.
Work onsite at customer locations to provide advisory services as a Tableau expert.
Provide dashboard development support, design and build, performance tuning, and data preparation technical support for getting started with data analytics.
Create plans, design documents, parameter sheets, and test specifications for platform environment build and migration processes.
Create and manage a library of service delivery document templates (including custom scripts and code).
Support sales representatives in pre-sales activities by providing technical guidance for feasibility checks against customer requirements and SOW creation.
Understand Tableau Blueprint, assess customer environments, and run workshops that define the activities and evaluation criteria for fostering a data-driven culture.
Maintain customer relationships in strategic accounts.
