Architect Intelligent Enterprise Workflows
We're looking for a hands-on Agentic Orchestration Architect who can bring together enterprise workflow platforms, business process automation, and AI agents to build secure, intelligent, production-ready orchestration solutions.
This role is ideal for an experienced BPM or Enterprise Automation Architect who understands when to use deterministic workflows, business rules, human approvals, and autonomous AI agents.
What You'll Do
Architect enterprise workflow orchestration solutions integrating business processes, rules engines, automation platforms, and AI agents.
Design BPMN/DMN workflows, decision models, case management, exception handling, and human-in-the-loop processes.
Build enterprise orchestration solutions using Camunda, Pega, Appian, Power Automate, UiPath, or similar platforms.
Integrate GenAI and Agentic AI capabilities into enterprise automation workflows.
Design API-led and event-driven integrations across enterprise applications.
Establish orchestration patterns for long-running workflows, retries, state management, compensation, and resilience.
Implement cloud-native architectures, microservices, DevSecOps, observability, and security controls.
Develop reusable enterprise orchestration frameworks and architecture standards.
What We're Looking For
Mandatory expertise:
Strong hands-on experience in BPMN, DMN, workflow orchestration, and business process management.
Deep expertise in at least one enterprise orchestration platform such as Camunda, Pega, Appian, UiPath, or Power Automate.
Experience with enterprise automation, APIs, microservices, and event-driven integration.
Understanding of GenAI, Agentic AI, multi-agent orchestration, and human approval controls.
Cloud-native architecture, CI/CD, DevSecOps, security, and observability.
Hands-on exposure to an AI development environment such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Codex, Cursor, or Kiro.
Preferred: LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel, Temporal, AWS Step Functions, Azure Durable Functions, MCP, and A2A.
