HCLTech is seeking a senior SAP Business AI Strategy Leader to define and drive AI-led business transformation across SAP enterprise environments.
We're looking for an experienced SAP technology and business leader who understands SAP's strategic roadmap and can translate Generative AI, Agentic AI, and SAP Business AI capabilities into differentiated enterprise solutions and compelling business outcomes.
This role brings together SAP ecosystem expertise, enterprise AI strategy, commercialization, executive advisory, and innovation leadership.
What You'll Lead
Define and drive the SAP Business AI vision and strategy aligned with SAP's cloud, data, and application roadmap.
Shape AI transformation initiatives across SAP S/4HANA, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP Joule, and SAP Business Applications.
Identify and commercialize AI use cases across Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, HR, and enterprise operations.
Translate Generative AI, Agentic AI, and machine learning innovations into practical SAP business solutions.
Serve as a trusted advisor to CXOs and senior enterprise customers on SAP AI adoption and transformation.
Support strategic deals, executive presentations, solution workshops, and enterprise AI transformation pursuits.
Develop go-to-market strategies, SAP AI offerings, reusable accelerators, and industry-specific value propositions.
Collaborate with SAP partners, hyperscalers, alliance teams, and global delivery organizations.
Drive AI innovation, governance, compliance, responsible AI, and enterprise adoption.
Contribute to thought leadership through customer forums, industry engagements, and strategic advisory.
What We're Looking For
Mandatory expertise:
20+ years of professional experience in SAP, enterprise software, or digital transformation.
Deep hands-on and strategic understanding of SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, and SAP Business Applications.
Strong knowledge of SAP Business AI, SAP Joule, GenAI, AI/ML, and enterprise AI use cases.
Proven experience in SAP strategy, enterprise transformation, and solution leadership.
Go-to-market strategy, product commercialization, strategic presales, or enterprise solution sales.
Understanding of SAP's corporate strategy, ecosystem, and competitive landscape.
Strong CXO advisory, executive communication, and business value articulation.
Preferred expertise:
SAP or major global system integrator experience.
AI Center of Excellence or SAP innovation practice leadership.
SAP AI Core, SAP Datasphere, SAP Business Data Cloud, SAP Integration Suite.
AWS, Azure, or GCP integrations with SAP.
Responsible AI, governance, compliance, and industry thought leadership.
