Software Engineering MTS- Salesforce Developer

About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic senior developers to join our Business Technology Applications team and own application development for a complex portfolio of initiatives. This role works directly with Application Architects, Lead Engineers, Product Owners and Business Partners globally.
This position is more aligned with the company's strategic initiatives and programs. Being part of a team with Hybrid engineers, this individual is expected to help us ensure every line of code we push to production is of the highest quality.
Responsibilities
Coding Standards & Quality: Follow and help define coding standards. Lead code reviews during projects to ensure quality and appropriate design patterns are followed.
Salesforce Technical Delivery: Manage the technical delivery of custom development, integrations, and data migration elements of a Salesforce implementation.
Configuration & Coding: Familiar with source code, version management, and code deployment standards.
Troubleshooting: Ability to understand a project and deep dive to debug issues.
Requirements Translation: Translate functional requirements into technical requirements.
Custom Declarative Design: Design custom objects, custom fields, picklists, page layouts, workflow, approval processes, validation rules, custom tabs, reports, Visualforce pages, and dashboards.
Development & Deployment: Develop, test and deploy custom capabilities within Salesforce instances using Apex and Lightning technologies.
Data & Integration Management: Manage Salesforce data uploads, feeds, and other integrations.
Scope Evaluation: Coordinate the evaluation, scope, and completion of new development requests.
Impact Assessment: Assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce org and all upstream and downstream applications, systems, and processes.
Required Skills and Experience
Experience: 4+ years hands-on development experience on the Salesforce platform.
AI & Automation:Have a deep understanding of AI tooling and Artificial Intelligence concept.Have an understanding of Salesforce AI Agenforce.
Salesforce Customization:Hands-on experience on Salesforce Experience cloud.Hands-on experience with LWC, Aura, Apex, Flows.Knowledge on various asynchronous capabilities in salesforce and its use cases.Understanding of the Salesforce product suite and able to provide out of the box solution.
Technical Troubleshooting: Ability to debug performance issues, both at client layer and apex layer.
Mobile & Desktop Design: Design capability which is compatible with both desktop and mobile devices.
Integrations & Data:Knowledge on different integration patterns.Knowledge of Data Processing Engineering.
Architecture & Scalability:Deep understanding of systems architecture and ability to design scalable performance-driven solutions.Deep understanding of key design patterns and large data volume limitations and best practices.Understanding of data sharing and visibility considerations and how these play into platform architecture.
Security & Authentication:Understanding with platform authentication patterns (SAML, SSO, OAuth).Experience with platform security capabilities (TLS, SSL).
Delivery & Release Management:Strong understanding of environment management, release management, code versioning best practices, and deployment methodologies.Strong knowledge on CI/CD processes and enterprise pipeline setup.
Certifications: Active Salesforce certifications or ability to achieve relevant certifications upon hire.
