Associate Analyst, Corporate Communications (Emerging Talent)

The Experience
Salesforce is hiring a Public Relations Associate Analyst to join our Global Communications team, supporting executive communications for the Office of the CEO. This is a high-visibility starting role for an early-career communicator with strong writing, sharp organization, and good judgment.
You'll learn from seasoned communicators and help shape how our CEO and senior leaders show up externally. You thrive in fast-paced environments, build relationships easily, and take on new challenges with curiosity.
What You'll Actually Be Doing
Research and help vet media, speaking, and event opportunities for the CEO and senior executives
Draft and edit executive content, including briefing docs, talking points, speeches, blog posts, and letters
Support executive comms programs such as event prep, awards, and external and internal communications
Keep projects on track by managing timelines, tracking deliverables, and partnering with stakeholders across the global comms team

You write, research, and communicate well, and you pay close attention to detail
You are organized, juggle multiple priorities, and think on your feet in ambiguous situations
You work well with people at every level and roll up your sleeves for a small, high-performing team

You have exposure to executive communications or media relations
You have experience with speechwriting, event support, or supporting senior leaders
