About the Company
A leading European manufacturer is establishing its India shared-services centre and has partnered with Flexiple to hire for the Basis function that keeps SAP running across plants and distribution centres in multiple countries. You will be the first line of defence when production-critical systems slow down or go dark. Role Overview
As an SAP Basis Administrator, you will manage installations, upgrades, and performance tuning across a multi-country SAP landscape that plant operations and supply-chain teams depend on daily.
Key Responsibilities
Installation, Upgrades and Performance
Plan and execute SAP installations, upgrades, and patches across regions
Monitor system performance and tune for plant-floor and batch workloads
Manage transport paths and coordinate releases with functional teams
Landscape and Continuity
Administer backups, high availability, and disaster-recovery procedures
Manage client copies, refreshes, and system landscape planning
Partner with database and network teams on capacity planning
Ideal Candidate Profile
4 to 8 years as an SAP Basis Administrator across a multi-system landscape
Hands-on experience with SAP on HANA, Oracle, or another major database
Comfortable supporting production-critical systems against defined SLAs
Clear written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting SAP in a manufacturing or supply-chain environment
Exposure to S/4HANA conversion or greenfield rollouts
Familiarity with SAP Solution Manager or an equivalent monitoring tool
