Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Graphic Designer at Superfan.ng. The Graphic Designer will create visual assets for the app and marketing campaigns, including illustrations, icons, and layouts that align with the brand’s focus on African languages and culture. Day-to-day tasks include designing user interface elements, social media graphics, and promotional materials, as well as supporting logo and branding initiatives. The role involves collaborating closely with product, content, and marketing teams to translate educational concepts into clear, engaging visuals. The Graphic Designer will also refine existing designs based on feedback, maintain visual consistency across platforms, and prepare files for digital production.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design for digital products and marketing assets.
Candidates should possess skills in Logo Design and Branding to develop and maintain a cohesive visual identity.
Candidates should possess skills in Typography and layout to create clear, readable, and aesthetically appealing designs.
Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or equivalent).
Portfolio demonstrating digital product design, brand work, and culturally informed visual concepts.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong attention to detail, time management, and willingness to iterate based on feedback.
Familiarity with African cultures or languages, or a strong interest in learning, is a plus.
Relevant education or equivalent experience in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related fields is beneficial.
