Role Description We are seeking a versatile, client-facing Advanced Analytics & AI Lead who can connect commercial business priorities with data science, advanced analytics, AI, and digital capabilities. You will lead engagements from opportunity framing and solution design through hands-on analysis, implementation, and measurable business impact—working across domains with clients and multidisciplinary teams.
QualificationsLead engagements across discovery, problem framing, solution design, delivery planning, execution, and recommendations; manage scope, timelines, stakeholders, and quality.Advise clients across commercial strategy and operations, brand and launch performance, field excellence, marketing effectiveness, patient services, and customer engagement.Design KPI frameworks, advanced analytical approaches, measurement strategies, decision-support solutions, and executive reporting aligned to business priorities.Lead analytics and AI use cases spanning segmentation, targeting, predictive modeling, sales force effectiveness, brand performance, patient journeys, marketing effectiveness, and omnichannel engagement.Connect insights across prescription and sales, claims/RWD, specialty pharmacy/distributor, patient hub, CRM, digital engagement, and payer data, as relevant to the engagement.Translate business needs into requirements and scalable analytics and AI solutions in partnership with data science, engineering, digital, and technology teams; assess feasibility, data readiness, and adoption needs.Build trusted client relationships, facilitate working sessions, present recommendations to senior stakeholders, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement and account growth.Guide cross-functional teams, mentor analysts, validate analytical outputs and AI-generated insights, and contribute reusable frameworks, proposals, and capability development.8+ years in life sciences commercial analytics, data science, AI-enabled transformation, consulting, or related client-facing roles, with experience leading complex engagements.Demonstrated ability to lead complex engagements, manage senior stakeholders, and deliver outcomes through multidisciplinary teams.
