We’re looking for an experienced Property Manager to join our team. This is an opportunity to take ownership of a quality portfolio of prestige residential properties, backed by a supportive team and one of Melbourne’s landmark real estate brands.
About the role
You’ll manage your own portfolio of premium residential properties, building long term relationships with landlords and renters and delivering the service Marshall White is known for.
Your focus will be to:
Deliver a seamless, premium experience for every landlord and renter
Grow and protect the value of your portfolio
Work closely with our sales and leasing teams to create opportunities across the business
What you’ll do
Manage a residential portfolio from lease signing through to vacate
Build strong, professional relationships with landlords, renters and service providers
Ensure full compliance with residential tenancy legislation, internal processes and Marshall White standards
Proactively manage maintenance, arrears, lease renewals, rent reviews and routine inspections
Represent landlords at VCAT when required
Contribute to a collaborative, supportive culture within the office
Who you are
An experienced Property Manager with a proven track record managing a residential portfolio
Confident and competent in residential tenancy legislation and compliance
Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail and time management
A calm, professional communicator with strong relationship building and conflict resolution skills
Someone who takes pride in delivering premium client service in a luxury real estate environment
Holds an Agent’s Representative registration or Estate Agent’s licence
