About the roleKhepri Digital runs SEO and GEO for APAC brands. You’ll own how we do SEO: define the method, write the SOP, measure the results, and teach the team to deliver it. You’ll also own the quality of the work and the results our clients see. You’ll coach our Account Managers and mid-level SEOs, and build the automations that make their work faster.
What you’ll doDefine how we do SEO and GEO, and own the SOPs, roadmaps and documentation that go with itCoach Account Managers and mid-level SEOs, and lead the delivery team: link builders, two SEO Executives (on-page and off-page) and content writersOwn the GEO approach: visibility in Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT and Perplexity, with metrics that are measurable and actionableSet the SEO strategy across client accounts, from link building and on-page work to analysisBe the final quality and brand check before work reaches the client: accurate, evidence-based and on-brandRun structured SEO experiments and make decisions with dataReport results in terms clients understandBuild SEO automations, using AI tools such as Claude, and keep up with how SEO and GEO are changing
What you bringSenior SEO experience owning client or account performanceExperience writing SEO and GEO processes that other people followOriginal, earned link-building strategies, not bought linksA strong grasp of on-page and technical SEO metrics, and the habit of backing claims with dataExperience running SEO experimentsA good eye for client branding, and the judgement to know when not to do somethingExperience leading and coaching a small SEO or content team
