Senior iOS Developer

We're a fast-growing fintech startup on a mission to redefine how millions manage, invest, and grow their money. As we scale, we're looking for a seasoned iOS developer who can lead mobile architecture, own end-to-end delivery, and build best-in-class user experiences for our growing customer base.
Responsibilities:
Lead the design and development of robust, scalable, and secure iOS applications.
Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to ship new features and improve performance.
Optimize applications for performance, speed, and scalability.
Write clean, testable code and lead by example in upholding coding standards and best practices.
Drive architectural decisions and technical strategy for iOS across the team.
Own the full release cycle to the App Store, including CI/CD and deployment processes.
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to building a strong mobile team.
Requirements:
4-7 years of hands-on experience building and scaling iOS apps.
Strong command of Swift, Objective-C, Xcode, and iOS frameworks.
Deep knowledge of iOS internals - memory management, concurrency, debugging, and performance tuning.
Proven experience working with RESTful APIs, secure mobile transactions, real-time data, and offline-first design.
Experience with MVVM/MVI, SwiftUI, and mobile architectural patterns.
Strong knowledge of the App Store lifecycle, certificates, and provisioning profiles.
Ability to thrive in a startup environment: ownership mindset, adaptability, and strong problem-solving skills.
Good to Have:
Prior experience in fintech, banking, or the digital payments domain.
Exposure to encryption, data privacy, and compliance (RBI, PCI DSS, etc. ).
Familiarity with analytics, crash reporting tools, and A/B testing frameworks.
Contributions to open-source or personal fintech apps in the App Store.
