Responsibilities:
Lead the charge in designing, building, and scaling high-performance mobile apps for Android and iOS.
Mentor and inspire a team of talented mobile engineers, sharing your knowledge of native as well as cross-platform technologies like Flutter, React Native, or Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP) Flutter, React Native, or Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP).

Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to deliver innovative features that delight our global users.
Stay ahead of the curve in mobile tech trends and influence architecture decisions across the mobile domain.
Requirements:
9+ years of mobile development experience 9+ years of mobile development experience, with strong hands-on expertise in Android or iOS.
Deep understanding of at least 1 cross-platform framework, React Native. Android or iOS.
Deep understanding of at least 1 cross-platform framework (Flutter / React Native / KMP), bonus points if it's React Native.
Deep understanding of mobile fundamentals, including memory management, threading, app lifecycle, and UI performance optimisation.
A passion for measuring and improving app performance, metrics such as start-up times, frozen frames, app size, etc.
Excellent communication and leadership skills: you can mentor, inspire, and grow the team.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and code quality practices is a plus.
