Technical Product Manager

Responsibilities:
Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI/ML-powered B2B products.
Drive end-to-end product development from discovery and prioritisation to execution, launch, and post-launch optimisation.
Partner closely with Engineering, Data Science, Design, and Business teams to build scalable and impactful products.
Translate complex customer, business, and technical requirements into clear product solutions.
Lead cross-functional teams to deliver products that create measurable business and customer impact.
Define product success metrics and leverage data-driven insights to guide decision-making.
Communicate product strategy, roadmap, priorities, and outcomes effectively to leadership and key stakeholders.
Evaluate emerging technologies, including AI/ML, GenAI, LLMs, and Agentic AI, and identify opportunities to apply them to product offerings.
Balance customer needs, business objectives, and technical constraints to make effective product decisions.
Requirements:
8+ years of Product Management experience with ownership of product strategy, roadmap, and execution.
Minimum 3 years of experience building or managing AI/ML-powered products.
Minimum 3 years of experience working on B2B products.
Strong technical background.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively with engineering teams and understand technical trade-offs.
Proven experience defining product strategy and delivering successful products in fast-paced environments.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and storytelling skills.
Experience working at leading product companies and/or strong academic credentials from top-tier engineering institutions is preferred.
Exposure to GenAI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Agentic AI, or AI platform products is highly desirable.
Experience launching AI-powered products or features in production environments is a plus.
Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments and drive alignment across cross-functional stakeholders.
