Responsibilities:
Responsible for leading the PMC team to successfully deliver large-scale greenfield construction projects such as hotels, campuses, IT parks, and commercial developments.
Manages project planning, scheduling, procurement, budgeting, and construction logistics while ensuring safety and quality standards.
Coordinates with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to resolve site and design issues efficiently.
Ensures timely project execution through strong communication and effective stakeholder management.
The selected candidates would be responsible for the delivery of a specific large-scale greenfield project depending on the magnitude and complexity of the projects.
Candidate would be responsible for leading the team from the PMC side.
Requirements:
B. Tech degree holder (Diploma not preferred).
Experience working on hospitality or hotel projects.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Candidate should need to possess hands-on experience of coordination issues and should be deft with scheduling, procurement, budget tracking, construction logistics, client management, and construction safety for the projects like i. e. Hotels, Campus Development, IT parks, shopping malls, Office commercial buildings, Resorts, Industrial, Infrastructure etc.
