Requirements:
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to justify requirements.
2-5 years of experience in Business Analytics or Data Analytics.
Strong proficiency in SQL and Python(PostgreSQL/MySQL/BigQuery/Snowflake).
Proficiency in Building Dashboards enabling Business Impact.
You never hesitate to roll up your sleeves and tackle something hands-on, and you persevere when others fall away.
A keen learner and willing to adapt to new environments.
Experience with Python for analytics or automation.
Knowledge of AWS (S3 Athena, Glue, Lambda) or GCP/Azure equivalents.
Familiarity with event-based systems like Mixpanel.
Understanding of data modeling and dimensional modeling (Star/Snowflake schema).
Exposure to version control (Git) and documentation tools.
