Lead Backend Developer

Responsibilities:
Led the backend development team and drove the architecture, design, and development of high-performance microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including front-end developers, DevOps engineers, and product managers, to deliver robust and scalable solutions.
Develop and implement architectural pipelines and best practices for efficient software development and deployment.
Ensure that the codebase is well-documented, maintainable, and follows industry best practices.
Optimize applications for performance, security, and scalability.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues as they arise to maintain system stability.
Mentor and coach junior developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in backend development, microservices, and architecture pipelines.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
4+ years of hands-on experience in backend development with a focus on Java and Spring Boot.
Proficiency in microservices architecture and design.
Strong understanding of RESTful API design and development.
Knowledge of architecture pipelines, CI/CD, and automated deployment processes.
Expertise in database systems, including SQL and NoSQL databases.
Thorough understanding of version control (Git) and package management tools.
Solid knowledge of security best practices and performance optimization.
Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.
Strong communication and leadership abilities.
