Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the HackerRank platform, including web applications, APIs, integrations (SSO, ATS), and developer tools.
Collaborate closely with engineering teams to reproduce issues, identify root causes, and validate fixes.
Use logs, SQL queries, and observability tools to investigate complex technical problems.
Exhibit exceptional communication skills, clearly and confidently engaging with customers through tickets and live Zoom sessions.
