Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and deliver Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and JavaScript.
Build scalable and maintainable enterprise-grade applications aligned with business requirements.
Collaborate with architects and technical leads on scalable platform design and governance.
Debug, troubleshoot, optimise, and refactor complex Salesforce codebases.
Maintain technical documentation including architecture decisions and logic flows.
Mentor junior developers through code reviews and knowledge sharing sessions.
Evaluate emerging Salesforce features and recommend platform innovations.
Requirements:
7+ years of hands-on Salesforce Development experience.
Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, SOQL, JavaScript, and Salesforce data modelling.
Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
Hands-on exposure to Agentforce capabilities and architecture.
Knowledge of Salesforce Einstein AI, Flow, and Next Best Action.
Experience with Salesforce integrations, APIs, and platform events.
Understanding of Salesforce security best practices and secure coding.
Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
