Requirements:
4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst / Functional Consultant.
Strong Salesforce CPQ experience - mandatory.
Salesforce configuration and business process knowledge.
Strong in requirements gathering, user stories, process mapping and stakeholder management.
Experience with UAT, testing and Salesforce implementations.
Salesforce Admin/Business Analyst certification - mandatory.
Hands-on with JIRA and Advanced Excel.
Good knowledge of Agile/Scrum.
Agentforce/Salesforce AI exposure is a plus.
