Senior Business Analyst - Salesforce

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Business Analyst with strong expertise in Salesforce, CPQ, and business process analysis. The role will involve working closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product, and technical teams to gather requirements, define solutions, and drive Salesforce projects from requirement gathering through implementation. The ideal candidate should be capable of translating business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions and improving overall user experience.
Responsibilities:
Lead Salesforce/CPQ projects from requirement gathering to implementation.
Conduct stakeholder workshops and translate business requirements into user stories, functional specifications, and process flows.
Configure and customize Salesforce solutions in collaboration with Salesforce developers and administrators.
Analyze Salesforce data, support data migration, and ensure data quality and integrity.
Create and execute test plans, coordinate UAT, and ensure successful solution delivery.
Design Salesforce reports and dashboards based on business requirements.
Provide end-user training, documentation, and post-implementation support.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product Owners, Developers, Administrators, and Project Managers.
Identify opportunities to improve business processes, Salesforce capabilities, and user experience.
Requirements:
4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst.
Strong hands-on understanding of Salesforce CRM and Salesforce CPQ.
Salesforce Administrator or Business Analyst Certification.
Strong experience in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, UAT, and documentation.
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Experience with JIRA and Microsoft Office.
Strong Excel/data analysis skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
