Application Lead

As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will oversee the development process and ensure successful project delivery.
Responsibilities:
Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact.
Expected to be an SME.
Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead the team in implementing best practices for application development.
Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions.
Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills.
Requirements:
Java Language: Hands-on experience in core concepts and features introduced in Java 8 or later.
Framework: Excellent understanding and practical experience of frameworks such as Spring Cloud, Spring Boot, and Angular with a focus on building scalable and maintainable applications.
Microservices Architecture Proven experience in designing, developing, and maintaining microservices-based applications.
Must Have Skills: Proficiency in Java 8+, Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, Cloud technologies, DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes, Front End (Angular/React), Spring / Spring Boot/Hibernate, Cloud technologies, DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes.
Strong understanding of microservices architecture.
Experience in cloud technologies like AWS or Azure.
Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.
Hands-on experience in designing and developing scalable web applications.
The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
A 15-year full-time education is required.
