Senior Enterprise Architecture Manager

Responsibilities:
Business Analysis: Identifying, assessing and solving complex business problems where analysis of data requires in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
Client Technology Architecture: Helping clients design, architect and scale their journey to new technology-driven growth.
Enterprise Architecture Transformation: Solving key business challenges by enabling an architecture transformation and charting a journey from the current state to a to-be enterprise environment.
Enterprise Growth and Innovation: Assisting our clients to build the required capabilities for growth and innovation to sustain high performance.
Develop technology solutions and value-added propositions, and take these to market.
Have a strong knowledge of technology trends across IT and digital, and how they can be applied to companies to address real-world problems and opportunities.
Demonstrate capacity to develop high-impact thought leadership that articulates a forward-thinking view of the market.
Have a proven track record in working creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment with effective consulting skills
Demonstrate a team-oriented and collaborative working style, both with clients and those within the organisation.
Lead proof of concept and/or pilot implementations and define the plan to scale implementations across multiple technology domains.
Understand and apply the key value drivers of a business, and how they impact the scope and approach of the engagement.
Effectively convey both high-level and granular information, adjusting the way ideas are presented to better address varying social styles and audiences.
Apply your strong knowledge of technology trends across IT and digital, and how they can be applied to companies to address real-world problems and opportunities.
Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to convey technology and business value propositions to senior stakeholders
Requirements:
MBA from a tier 1 institute + minimum of 6 years of consulting experience.
Your prior experience in one or more of the following:
Understanding of the technology stack, from infrastructure through business logic and applications.
Business Architecture, Application Architecture, Security Architecture, Microservices architecture, SOA and API architecture.
Knowledge of major technologies (legacy to emerging) and passion for technology trends e. g. IoT, Mobility, Cloud, Digital, Collaboration.
Practical use of Enterprise Architecture tools such as Troux, Mega, Alfabet, Archimate, etc.
Experience in designing or building end-to-end cloud-based business solutions is desirable.
Practical experience in end to end project delivery lifecycle is desirable.
Design of governance frameworks or processes.
IT process excellence, operating model design and transformation.
Lifecycle management of technology portfolios.
Exposure to industry frameworks, e. g., TOGAF, DODAF, is desirable but not essential.
Practical industry expertise across Financial Services, Retail, consumer goods, Telecommunications, Life Sciences, Transportation, Hospitality, Automotive/Industrial, Mining and Resources is of interest, but experience in equivalent domains is also welcome.

Experience
10-14 yrs
