Requirements:
6 years of relevant transformation experience out of 16-22 years of experience in transformation, analytics, or operations strategy roles within capital markets, wealth management, or asset/investment management firms.
Transformation experience has to be in wealth management, capital markets, or investment banking ONLY.
Should have a mindset to get hands dirty, work on the ground, and demonstrate strong ownership.
Should be able to move quickly between ground-level execution and strategic-level planning.
75% of the role will be individual contributor (IC) and 25% will involve team handling.
Will have support from the COE team for transactional tasks and should collaborate with other teams.
Preferred: candidates with wealth management experience.
Looking for a domain expert.
Lean/Six Sigma certification is not mandatory.
Should have managed large technical projects such as tech integrations and data interpretation and possess strong technical aptitude.
Tools: Preferably someone with exposure to SQL, Python, Power BI, AI tools, integrations, UI Path, and Blue Prism, though not mandatory.
Certifications such as CFA, FRM, PMP, Six Sigma, or equivalent are preferred but not mandatory.
