In the HR analytics team, you will manage and analyse HR data in order to build data-driven business insights and high-impact data models to generate significant business value. This will involve creating models and processes to collect, distill and interpret data with a view to aiding more informed decision making, examining and exploring data from multiple sources with the goal of discovering insights which in turn can provide a competitive advantage for our client. The HR analytics team focuses on building multiple programming paradigms, including procedural, object-oriented and functional programming. The team is responsible for writing logical code for different projects and taking a constructive and object-oriented approach.
Responsibilities:
In this role, you are required to do analysis and solve increasingly complex problems.
Your day-to-day interactions are with peers within Accenture.
You are likely to have some interaction with clients and/or Accenture management.
You will be given minimal instruction on daily work/tasks and a moderate level of instruction on new assignments.
Decisions that are made by you impact your own work and may impact the work of others.
