Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Talent Identification professional with strong expertise in sourcing and recruiting across various domains. The ideal candidate should have experience in end-to-end recruitment, stakeholder management, and sourcing through multiple channels, preferably supporting US recruitment or recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) environments.
Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end US recruitment for multiple open positions.
Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, Boolean search, and referrals.
Screen and shortlist candidates based on client requirements.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients.
Handle bulk hiring while ensuring SLA and hiring targets are met.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
Manage offer rollout, candidate follow-up, and onboarding coordination.
Maintain recruitment data and ATS with accurate candidate records.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely closures and an excellent candidate experience.
Requirements:
Experience: 3 - 8 years.
Education: Any graduate.
