Warranty Management - Automobile Engineer

Responsibilities:
Review and process vehicle warranty claims.
Validate warranty eligibility as per company policies and guidelines.
Coordinate with service centres, dealers, and internal teams for warranty-related queries.
Analyse technical issues and support claim verification.
Maintain accurate warranty documentation and records.
Ensure timely closure of warranty cases while maintaining quality standards.
Identify recurring product or service issues and escalate them when required.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve warranty processes and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Diploma / B. E. / B. Tech in Automobile Engineering.
Freshers are eligible to apply.
Candidates with experience in any of the following roles are preferred: Warranty Management, Service Advisor, Automobile Technician, Car Dealership Operations.
Automobile Engineers without the above experience will also be considered.
Note: Candidates with only sales experience will not be considered.
Strong understanding of automobile systems and vehicle components.
Basic knowledge of engine, transmission, gearbox, drivetrain, suspension, and braking systems.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and coordination abilities.
Basic computer knowledge and documentation skills.
Willingness to work in UK shifts and from the Mumbai office.
Technical Knowledge Expected.
Candidates should have a basic understanding of:
Crankshaft and its function
Types of automobile engines
Drivetrain and its components
Gearbox and its purpose
Overall working of a vehicle
